I went to play with my children here but they weren't allowed to jump on the adult trampolines and I'm not allowed to jump on the kids trampoline. That's no fun. Overpriced, over hyped! We sign a waver that if anything happens to the kids or yourself YOU ARE responsible any way, shape or form SO WHAT ID YHE BIG DEAL?? but yet there is so many rules still. You can't even bring in your own water in a water bottle.
Had my daughter's bday there. The first girl I talked to was nice. But was told on the day I put the deposit down that I could come 30 mins early to set up but when we got there at 2:30 we were told to wait until 2:50. Then we didn't even get out table until 3 exactly. It was humiliating to tell my guests to wait. I kept having to ask the girl at the desk for waters and it seemed unorganized as far as my guests being checked in. Then after that, I asked to do the cake at 4. So at 3:57 I gathered the kids and they called on the loud speaker for our group to come for cake. We waited 20mins...Seriously. My husband and I watched as four girls stood around figuring out which cake was who's and then they talked while one girl cleaned a cart in slow motion as 10 kids are forced to sit for 20 mins. I felt like grabbing it myself and when asked for my cake, the girl at the counter looked at me like I was crazy. So finally a different hostess gets the cake and takes ages to cut and serve....me and a guest had to help her and then another worker comes to help this person who is hardly a hostess. Please get better staff that shows some sense of urgency. Also would be nice to have a 30 min buffer between parties rather than one minute. Such a disappointing time. Oh and my husband heard the guy server tell another he was a cheapass because of our tip.Here's a tip...you want a bigger tip, stop being lazy and rude.
I've been taking my grandsons there ALOT until lately I've noticed a trick at the cash register. Check in time according to the receipt is off by over 22 minutes and so the bands issued are shorting customer's time by almost 25%!!!! I went to the desk and got a "who cares attitude" - So I purchase two hours Friday Night Frenzy passes and drinks and get this kind of cheating???? And both nights they called "your time has ended at exactly 22 minutes short of my two hours....CHEATING? INTENTIONAL? Soooo I'm having my arrival time posted by intaking clerk initalizing my receipt with the correct time ---- COME ON JUMPSTREET DUMB I AIN'T.
I was hesitant to go here because of the poor review, but took a chance on it. Very happy we did. Not very crowded and the staff was polite and attentive. Clean facility and everything was open. We will definitely be going back soon.
