Horrible customer service!! Because we changed the cake design, a month before hand they decided to change the payment date and pick up time. The party is at 6 we have to pick up the cake by 11. Payment was due on day of pick up and now we uave to pay in advance. The chef is very RUDE... as well as the staff!! Do not get any cakes from here!!
They made us an excellent cake for our wedding. Looked amazing and tasted great too. Would highly recommend them. The cake tasting was very elegant and he worked with us to draw up and customize an awesome cake that fit our wedding and colors.
This bakery is a must try! All baked good are hand crafted and the taste is home made. My husband and I recently ordered our wedding cake from Elegant Bakery, and it was more than what we though it would be. All of the guest were so impressed that no one wanted to cut it. The cake was fresh and moist, and the design was perfection. For Christmas we ordered a strawberry Yule Log and "OH MY GOD" were the words coming out of my mouth. It was so delicious that we ended up buying more than what we needed, but nevertheless we ate it all. We will definitely be back!
