Extremely friendly staff. I called the previous day as my teeth felt some discomfort and the next day they were able to assist me. Didn't have to wait at all and they helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommended.
This office is less concerned about your dental health and more concerned about how many services they can sell you. After xrays and exams, I was presented with a suite of services I was told I need. Total cost: $2200. My share after insurance would have been $550. I ended up getting the "deep cleaning" for $260. I am a little POed at myself now. I could have gotten the xrays, exam and regular cleaning for free under my current dental plan. From my experience at this office, the "deep cleaning" was not much more effective than the regular cleaning other than they numbed my mouth.
I can say without fail this is the best dentist office I have EVER been to. The receptionist Stacey is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, and the rest of the staff and the dentist herself follow suit. Going to the dentist is hard enough for most people (me included) but from the moment you step foot in that door they make you feel at home and comfortable. Very happy with my decision to make this my dentist going forward.
I was really turned off by their attempts to sell me all the boutique services. I won't go back to this dentist.
I went in for a teeth cleaning and to get a second opinion on an issue. I was very impressed with the staff the dentist and the facility. Very professional. They did a fantastic job and gave me another option to help solve my issue. Thanks for the help and great job.
Like the previous reviewer said I came in here for a cleaning and they refused to give me a cleaning. They preceded to scare me and say I needed my teeth deep cleaned or else she was going to pull my teeth out. This clinic is totally in massive debt and unethical.
