Clearly this is a company that did not want business because it was ridiculously poor communication, and as a potential client, it should not have been that difficult. When I reached out to other florist, they responded within hours, and took no longer than 2 days to get back to me.
How can you trust this company to show up they day of your wedding with everything you want and paid for, when they cannot even respond to emails? I do not recommend them and will talk to my venue about the poor business, because they do not deserve to be on their preferred vendor list.
I cannot say enough good things about Petals Floral & Gifts! They were by far the cheapest florist I found in the Denver metro area, and I was blown away by how beautiful my flowers were, being on a budget (under $1,000). When I first saw them, my stomach dropped and I started crying because they were SO perfect and better than anything I could have imagined. The design manager, Nicole Savage was very flexible, professional, and took care of me wonderfully. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I only had to have one in person meeting and that was great because I don't live in Lakewood. Everything else was through email which I also liked because everything was in writing. I was pretty vague when describing what i wanted. I shared color scheme and venue details and they took care of the rest! The day of, they set up everything up while I was getting ready and it was everything I imagined. Many guest compliment my bouquet and center pieces put together by Petals. I would definitely recommend them to friends!
I called Petals and not only did I have to call three times to be put through to a live person, but when I called they stated the didn't do weddings. Given their website and description says they do weddings, and the other reviewers that received their wedding flowers from Petals, I am confused. Poor way to run this business.
I went in for a consultation appointment in late April with them telling me I will receive an estimate within a few days, or a week at most. It took a follow up email from me and 2 phone calls in order to get a response to ask about my quote for my wedding in July. I was on the phone with Nicole, she told me she'd get it sent to me that day, but several days passed before I received an email(May 30). I proceeded to open the email to discover there were not actual estimated numbers int he documents, except saying a deposit amount, so I had no idea what my dream wedding came out to. I responded the following day explaining the attachment didn't provide the information, and got no response. I followed up June 7th and still have not gotten any response from them.
The staff at Petals Floral and Gifts is amazing. They answered all my questions quickly and made sure every single detail was handled. The flowers for my wedding were stunning, we had several compliments on them. They made sure everything was in order during delivery. They made the process super easy and fun!
