My experience at Colorado Optimal Health has been wonderful. Not only have I lost weight I've dropped a lot of inches. It's been the only plan that has worked for me and easy to stay on. My health has improved and I've been able to get off of some of my medications. I would recommend this program to everyone trying to lose weight and improve their health. The Ladies are wonderful, sweet and so helpful and can answer many of your questions. If they can't the doctor certainly can, whom also is great. I highly recommend them.
