We have had to bring my wife and kids here a few times and the whole staff are always so kind and helpful. The cafeteria has some good food and an awesome salad bar!
They were all so caring, attentive and friendly it really made things easier on my wife during a very stressful time in our lives. A huge thanks to all of you!
This is place is AWFUL. I just moved to the area, and I was having severe pain in my hand and my fingers are purple. When I first went into the E.R. it was great. They were running tests, kept my pain to a minimum and were attentive. After about 5 hours of being there I was told that I was going to be admitted due to the fear of a heart problem, I asked for a drink and some food and was told they would be right back. After that, I was left alone in my room for 3 hours, I continued to press the call button and no one came, finally a girl popped her head in and asked if I needed something, as if I was just pressing the button for fun. I asked her if I could eat, or atleast have some water and when I was being moved and that I was in pain again. She said she didn't know the answer to any of those questions because there was a shift change.ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I told them I was going to leave, I wasn't going to stay there starving and uncomfortable. They sent in a couple ladies who tried to tell me they wanted me to stay for observation and I asked them how am I being observed when I've been left alone in a room for 3 hours??? So I went home, not feeling any better, now with the fear of having a heart condition. So I called and talked to a lady in patient advocate. She told me to come back and they would finish testing and appologised for how I was treated. So I go back today and was treated AWFUL. They did my test, didn't offer anything for comfort for my pain. When I asked for some medicine, the nurse said he would be right back, and again never came back for an hour and then informed me that would not treat me for pain because I asked for pain medicine that I must be a drug addict. Are you kidding me?! After I finally told them that the way I was being treated was disgusting and ridiculous and they were completely fine with treating my pain the day before, and the only reason I was being treated differently is because I made a complaint, they told me I would have to leave. This is why people die and do not get medical care. It's horrible and sad and I hope this place gets shut down.
I love the food they treat you right they make you feel better they save people lives
My wife was recently admitted due to gallstones and an eventual gallbladder removal this past Saturday. Everyone including the ER staff, GI staff, nurses and doctors were phenomenal. We'd like to give a shout-out to the following awesome people: Holly in the ER, Dr. Bocker, Nurse Kristen, Nurse Will, Nurse Courtney, and Nurse Cayley.
