They were awesome. The ring I bought my fiance was stolen out of my brother's car. The insurance company was trying to work around and pay as little as possible. The jewelers were not a big fan of that. They cut me a great deal on an even better ring. Very kind & generous. Choose these guys in a heartbeat.
I would not recommend this company. Took my fiancé ring to get sized down and took them over 2 weeks to do the service. On top of that they charged us almost $300 for the sizing because they clam that they have to charge per little diamond on the band. The ring cracked within less the 6 months after being sized and when taking it to get fixed, they did not size it to the actual size we asked for. Our new jeweler fixed it and sized it again for $24 and had it done in 24 hours.
