Very big and clean show room! Most everything in here is made in USA and Colorado Owned and Operated! Love helping out a hometown store.... but not necessary helping because their products are so well made and quality! We purchased a dining room table and couldn't be happier from our whole experience from walking in to the up beat friendly delivery/assembly team!!
I ordered Woodley's own line of office furniture for my office back in January of this year. After providing a large deposit and waiting the 10-12 weeks that they quoted I have not received my furniture. In fact it's been 16-17 weeks now and still no furniture. When I call they provide a new finish day (I have been given 3 dates in addition to the original quote) and they have missed everyone of them. Last miss was yesterday. Woodley's has nice stuff and I have bought a lot of it for two different houses but this last experience has been an absolute disaster.
Our entire experience, from walking through the store (which was a very low-pressue sales experience, which made my wife and I feel super comfortable) to the delivery. Everyone we came into contact with was very respectful and helpful! The quality of the furniture is top notch as well! We would highly recommend Woodley's for all your furniture needs!
The experience was a 5 star experience from the sales staff to the delivery staff. This is our second family room/living room purchase from Smith Brothers and we are very pleased with their products.
