I am not one to complain but the service tonight was poor. The concession stand was really slow and they had a I don't care attitude. The popcorn was burnt and my soft pretzel was cold to the touch. After the movie I went to customer service to let them know that concession stand had horrible service and they didn't show concern but laughed it off. I will not return to this location.
I've lived in this area for just about all my life, and this has always been one of my favorite, go-to theaters when I have some extra money. The price for tickets is pretty general, and the staff are always really nice and respectful. I feel like there are some things that could be improved, but overall the positives out weigh the negatives by a long shot. One thing I'd really look into is having the staff do their jobs much more consistently. Specifically, the person who takes your ticket before letting you into the hall with all of the theaters. I've noticed that in the past three times I've gone here, all of which the same lady was working at the time, she only checked my sister's bag and my dad's girlfriend's bag once, although each time we went I was accompanied by at least one person with a bag or purse of some sort. Otherwise, everything is great, and even though other some other people may not have the same respect towards the theaters as I do and they often leave their trash in the seats or down the aisles, I always notice trash when I'm leaving the theater, but never notice it when I first enter. Like I said before, the staff are always really nice, although not always consistent with their duties. Apart from that, you can be sure to see me coming back here sometime soon.
Pretty nice theater... and the lobby and layout looks fantastic. The sounds system is pretty good... if only this theater has the recliners, then it would be a solid 5 stars.
It was ok... nice big screen and plenty of room but they haven't updated to the new seats yet.
Quality theater projection & sound. Good but nit great food selections. Comfortable and clean. Helpful and friendly staff.
