Premier fought long and hard with our insurance company and we ended up with an excellent settlement, after being turned down initially when we filed the claim ourselves. The roof replacement was outstanding, excellent and polite workers, great clean-up, follow-up inspection and repair of a few minor details that actually went above and beyond. We love our new roof and enjoyed working with Premier.
This was originally a one star review because of a communication issue. I went to their office to figure out how to get out of a contract that I had with them on one of my properties. I talked with Forrest Kleinman about my desire to cancel my contract. He was very professional and actively listened to my issues. He clearly explained where the breakdown was and apologized for the complication. Although I chose to go with someone else, I would have chosen to stay with Premier if I had talked to Forrest at an earlier date. Complications happen and the best you can expect a company to do is be open and attentive to issues that arise. I truly believe that my situation was a rare one. Five stars for customer service.
I just finished having my roof redone in West Wash Park. When I saw so many houses getting new roofs this summer I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to have mine redone too. The Premier Roofing salesman came out to my house for a free evaluation of whether my roof would qualify for replacement by my insurance. He came back the day the insurance adjuster visited my house and checked up on the progress throughout the project. I am extremely happy with the finished product from the quality of the roofing material to the level of detail put towards the flashing and replacement of the gutters. They did a great job of cleaning up after the project and did a great job of protecting my yard and windows during the removal of my old roof. I would definitely recommend Premier to any of my friends and will be using them the next time Denver is pummeled by hail.

If you want to get treated like a number these are your guys. Damaged my home, pleaded with them for 6 months to fix and still nothing, except notice to put lien on my home and send to collections. Please fix my home!
