Great shoes for kids! I take my boys here all the time and they find shoes they love. And more likely than not you will walk in on some sort of buy a pair or two and get a deal on the next one.
I love shoes for one. The prices are decent and I've never had a problem with the customer service!
It's OK I mean prices are decent. But the store it self was a mess. The people that shop there don't have any kind of respect to the store. The store was so messy it was crazy. The cashier was half decent and kind. The environment overall is sad.
My husband and I went in to the store one evening there was three lady's working not one of them could help us. I asked three X's. I should not have to do there job. This was the worst service I ever had as you Carnival. I had to have my husband go look for the cashier to check us out. When I ask for help I would think one of them would come help but no. I even told the cashier that I will have to go another shoes Carnival store. All she said is ok she should have asked me if she could help me not till me ok.
The prices are good but it's such a mess in there u can hardly find anything and the employees aren't much help.
