Needless to say he was again disrespectful. If he is there when you go in, don't expect him to be nice or helpful. His name is Nat.
But, Juanita, one of the cashiers, is wonderful!
I usually love this store. I've been shopping here for the years. Last week, the manager 9n call got very nasty with me over returnin things without a receipt. Very mean. Lectured me about something I've been doing for 7 years as needed.
Got some fish from this store that were sick!! They got the 1 fish in my tank sick that I added them to. I tried to call store multiple times and got no response. Called customer service 3 times until manager of store finally called me. She was truly awful and proceeded to insult my intelligence staying I couldn't put 12 fish in a 65 gallon tank. I've had this type of fish for over a decade... I am aware of how to correctly care for them. And since it's been over a month since I first tried to deal with this issue I no long have my receipt and was basically told that's too bad. Bottom line I spent over $100 on sick fish that all died, had my intelligence insulted by the manager and now I'm just out my fish or my money. I will never shop at this store again and would highly recommend that no one else does eithef. If I could give a no star rating I would!!
Will never take my dog again there and do yourself a favor and do the same. Telling all my friends about this experience.
My dog looks fine and is acting fine. New guy working there told me he didn't feel comfortable and said he was going to ask the manager. 30 seconds later he comes back and tells me the manager said a week from now.
The fish at this location always look sick or dead. I saw 5 dead betas in cups today alone. They are also under stocked on aquarium supplies. If you can't take good care of fish, don't stock them. Other petcos are way better, as is the petsmart down the street.
If you don't wanna work grooming a dog, you should find something else to do.
I get home with my dog and called the store and talked to the manager. Manager told me her employee never asked her about anything and said sorry.
Took my dog there for 3 years for grooming until today. Had an appointment, the new guy look at my dog and didn't seem too interested. Told him my dog had an tooth extraction 2 days ago and the vet told me he should be fine after 24 hrs.
Hi, we had a great experience yesterday. We were first-time customers here for a bath and grooming session. The guy got my little girl in he worked on her for about an hour and got her done by 5 o’clock. That is the fastest bath and grooming session she’s ever been through she A golden retriever yellow lab mix large breed dog. I’m highly impressed. She came back looking beautiful and happy. I’m definitely coming back the price is right and my little girls happy. The grooming and bathing times excellent. You all have some very happy customers. We did go on adoption day. She was very sad that she could not play with the puppies waiting to be adopted. She was very upset that I would not take one of the puppies home with us I think she saw some friends that she wanted to take home.
