I was riding at Mount Falcon and had an issue with the seat dropper's remote. I had to stop riding and found their shop in Google. I went there. They were trying to find compatible parts because one was missing but they couldn't. I found the missing part inside the frame tubes when I was at the parking lot and went back in the shop. They took care of me and fixed it right away. Only 15 dollars for the new cable and the labor. And I am back in the trail. It does not get much better than this. Thanks.
Spent $3300 on a 2017 Trek Fuel EX 8 at this shop and its been the worst purchasing experience of my life. Chain was 2 links too long, dropper post was improperly installed. Nothing was torqued and even after it was torqued it came loose again only to find out no thread lock was used. Not even a month in and I havn't even taken it on a rough ride yet and my front derailleur fell off, bolt is just gone. $3300... and the derailleur falls off the bike what a joke. And Golden Bear takes no responsibly, they claim non of this is a assembly issue. Sick with disappointment after this purchase, cant even enjoy a ride on it anymore with out the fear of something else happening. If they took responsibility and took care of it fine.. But instead they just blame everyone else and try to make you feel like its you're fault. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration that I am in and buy your bike somewhere that cares about bikes and the customers spending money on them.
Stopped in to have brakes fixed but it was a simple solution and the guy fixed it for free and had us on our way in 5 minutes.
I was looking forward to supporting the small shop next to my home. Unfortunately, after paying $75 for basic tune up and brake bleed not only were my brakes not working right my gears were super clunky. When I went back in to have them adjust they informed me my brake was broke and it would be $169 and $40 for labor to replace it. Not sure how it was fine when they did the tune up and now it was "broke". The main maintenance guy wouldn't even look at me while discussing the problem and made no effort to provide any customer service. I decided to take my bike elsewhere. Neither employee cared at all... made no effort to keep my business at all. Mumbled something about how they are dealing with not having good help once they separated from Treads. Wouldn't this be a great time to make up for it and build your clientel through customer service. I took my bike elsewhere where and they fixed my "broken" brake for $40. Too bad I would have loved to have supported this small shop.
Great help! Really good customer service and helped fix up my bike for a good price!
