Very easy rental process. The staff was SO Helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Much needed after a stressful week and needing the rental car because mine was not driveable after an accident.
Their prices were better than the other 4 car rental places I called.
Terrible terrible service. I reserved a car online several days in advance (and had received a confirmation as well as a reminder email). I went to pick it up at the time I had reserved which was 1:00. I was there at 1:02 and the man working said they close at 1:00. He claimed there was nothing he could do for me. When I asked him why a customer has an option to pick up a car after closing time online if that is not possible. With which he replied, "Well our customers know we close at 1 so when they book they know to come a little early." Are you serious? Not only was I completely let down by this business I was also treated very rudely by an incompetent salesperson. I would advise taking your business elsewhere and rent cars from a place that actually cares about their customers.
Gil and Robert were AWESOME and extremely helpful. I can honestly say that renting a car has never been an enjoyable until Avis off Colfax in Lakewood!
