Waited in line for 25 minutes. There was inly one cashier. When I asked her if there was someone else to cash people out because the line was long she rudely ignored me. It's not the first time. The clothing is great but the employees not so much.
This place was wonderful. I don't understand why the wear all black considering its a clothing store but the girls were great. They handle rude customers well and are always smiling and ready for whatever.
I went into the store 15 minutes before closing. They closed their fitting room and didn't tell any of the customers. I grabbed a dress and a couple of shirts and went to try them on. The lady said the fitting room was closed. I asked them if there was any place to try on something and the rep said no. How can you expect someone to buy something they weren't allowed to try on especially when the store has the worst return policy. I remember why I don't shop here anymore. Horrible customer service and overall a bad experience every time. If you're not going to treat your customers right, they'll go somewhere else.
The store has wonderful staff members, plus the return policy is just like 4ever21. Pay attention to what you are buying and ask about the policy's before you purchase something.
This place has ZERO customer service. I have shopped here many times before, and like the style of clothes they carry despite the low quality. For Christmas I received a papaya gift card. So I went into this story like I have many times before. After the fitting room attendant asked how many clothes I had she grabbed them from my hand and counted them and put them in the room. She then proceeded to ask me to leave my 6 shopping bags and purse outside of the room. I told her absolutely not I had just shopped at Michael Khors, Q, rue 21 and Charlotte Rousse NONE OF THESE STORES TREATED THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRIMINALS. The attendant said fine just take them in with you, after I was done trying on the four articles of clothing (which were counted twice, once by me and another time by the attendant) the manager Deanna was there waiting for me. Again making a scene making me look like a theif. She told me that next time I will have to leave my bags out of the room next time. I was incredibly embarrassed and have never been so offended shopping for clothes. I will spend my gift card only because they will not refund me, and it is already purchased. But never ever again will I step foot in this store any way there are far more stores in this mall with cuter clothes, cheaper prices and CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family and I will take our business else where and never again will I recommend this clothing store. APPALLING.
