Wow ridiculous lines here, they desperately need to get more people working the registers. All these people waiting to give them money and they only ever have 1 register open, what a shame.
The selection here at the Lakewood commons Ross is pretty expansive during the holiday. However during the rest if the year the selection is Okay.
Way too crowded, found perfect shoes I've been driving around to many Ross' for but line looked like it'd take easily another 20-30 minutes, no way in hell I'm waiting that long for one set of shoes.
The Lakewood location is awful. They always have a line wrapping around the store. I went in tonight to pick up some things I saw Saturday but didn't have time to wait and AGAIN the lines are awful. So I left without a purchase again. There's 1 teller and 1 on returns taking customers with 30 people in line. The store had more merchandise on the floor than on the racks. You would make more money if you had more tellers. You spend more on people to restock the shelves from people leaving their things and going because of the wait. Very dissapointed.
Lines are sometimes ridiculously long, but the selection of clothes, shoes, and home stuff is pretty great! Definitely recommend shopping at the Lakewood location when you’re in no hurry to be anywhere else.
