Love the sales, especially if you are a Kohl's card holder. Customer service is mediocre. Store presentation is very tidy and bountiful. This location always seems to have tons of staff around when I don't need anything and when I do need something they are nowhere to be found.......
Two thumbs up for the free site to site ordering. I ordered it, it only took a few hours for me to get an email and text saying my order was ready, when I got there I was promptly met with an employee who was handling the online order he got my order and I was on my way. It felt like they were waiting just for me. I have never been in and out of a store so fast.
This location is not very handicapped accessable. Doors do not open automatically, and you have to go to customer service and leave your driver's license to acquire a wheelchair. If my mother had been alone, she would have had to go somewhere else to purchase her clothing and shoe items. No departmental help at all. We were there between 3:30 and 5:00pm on a Saturday.
We found what we wanted quickly and at very good price. The check out was quick and the clerk at the register was both competent and pleasant.
Clean, nice options. I just bought my vacuum here. They have several models of known trademarks. What is difficult to find in other stores. You have to look for someone to help you though. The big items are attached to an iron bar, so you need an employee to "help you" taking it to the cashier. Of course, not to many people out there, but once you got the attention of one of them, his/her has a positive attitude. Definitely, I will go back.
