Super helpful and friendly associates! They made my shopping that much easier & my experience that much nicer. Will defiantly go back.

Great help would definitely ask Jose if you’re their

I love the customer service. .they are some great people and the clothes are price just right.

Absolutely terrible experience today! Walked in the store for a couple items while there I seen a good deal on a set of Fluke SureGrip Test Leads. At the check out I was told I could not buy them, called over a manager and they promptly took them and said they where not for sale. All my knowledge shows they are not subject to recall. they had the SureGrip logo. Only sets recalled is as follows from Fluke's web site:

My best guess why they wouldn't sell them is because Sears is over their head in value. Another words they have less merchandise then what they owe to there suppliers. Its said to see an old american business go down hill but buyer beware when shopping at a store that's guaranteed to go out of business. After all Kmart who owns Sears did file for chapter 11 Bankruptcy some time ago making them the largest US retailer to ever file chapter 11. So again buyer beware! Here is something from USA Today:

Purchased a mattress that was faulty and played hell getting it returned. Store and personnel were good...the phone number you called to get help was all people from a foreign country and you couldn't understand a word they said. They were also RUDE. I used to like Sears...wouldn't shop there now if my life depended on it!

Sold at: Home and hardware stores and electrical distributors nationwide from December 2002 through March 2004. The leads sold individually for about $18. Fluke multi-meters and accessory kits containing these leads sold for between $45 and $450.

Sears, an iconic department store chain whose name is as steeped in Americana as apple pie and Levi's jeans warned that it might be going the way of the blue light special, uncertain that it can survive more than another year in the midst of the upheaval that has disrupted the retail industry.
