Now the other recline latch broke.

I reached out yesterday to see if they could help me in any way and I was basically told to pound sand. Before I left a bad review, I sent an email to corporate asking if they would like to rectify things somehow prior to me leaving a review of my experience. I offered them a chance to salvage my opinion of them. Maybe they would offer a discount on a new couch or something. Nope. They simply gave me the phone number for a repair guy that lives 2 hours away from my house and the store that I bought it from.

I will be purchasing a new couch I suppose, but Definitely not from this company. You would think a $2500 couch would last more than 5 years.....you would also think the company that sold it to you would do something to make it right....

do not shop at the 6th avenue location. salesman are untrained about financing. just closed my account with Capital One because of errant reporting to credit bureau they refuse to rectify. nice couch though

The reclining latch has broken 5 times in 5 years. They make you fix it yourself. It's a known issue in their cloud line. I was supposed to be sent a new part with an improved design and have never received it after numerous attempts and follow ups.

Chris Wright was the most professional person I have ever met. I had such a good experience and I would recommend any person looking for furniture to go to him. He walked me through the entire process, was very patient in answering all my question's and gave me some great recommendations to furnish my new townhouse! I will go back to Chris Wright and no one else. He is the best in the furniture business!

$2500 sectional has been garbage. Lumbar cushioning has gone flat multiple times. I now have to sit with pillows on my "nice" leather couch to avoid a 2 x 4 jamming me in the back. Problem started 1 year in and has been repaired. Repair guy said this was common with this couch.

The arm rest collapsed 3 years in.

2 visits, 2 emails and a phone call. AND STILL, nothing has been done about our damaged furniture that the moving service they sub to destroyed our beautiful new couch and tv stand. "We'll get something done" is what I have heard for the last month, and nothing. A lot of lip service and bullsh*t, won't be going back there.
