I had a wonderful experience. I had hair down to my lower back and decided to cut it really short. It was a leap but Cynthia made my choice to go short the best decision ever. I never had short hair and now I love it. The colors are grand and she was nice, providing a great service. Every employee there showed care to what you want and try to match what you want. Definitely found my hair care place, as a person that barely gets my hair done, I would recommend them. All five stars for me.
Normally very happy with this location, Ann is a wonderful manager, but had a haircut today that takes the cake for the worst haircut I have ever had. Receptionist who ended up cutting my hair had a chicken finger in hand when she took my phone number, and proceeded to give the roughest haircut I have ever had. Mowing back and forth with BOTH the buzzer and razor in a very rough manor. The haircut was very rushed, and needed fixing when I got home. Verg disappointing.
They tryed to charge my 11yr old as a adult. They also took in two customers before us when we were there. I did not like and raised hell.. They so wrong. On so many levels. Fu-k them
Terrible service. Waited for 20 minutes. My hair only takes 10. And the reason I waited was because one of the employees kept talking to someone and didn't ask if I needed one and continued to do nothing. Terrible service
We were rushed into getting our hair cut, while still deciding on styles. Treated like an inconvenience, and had our private conversation interrupted by an employee who didn't like something I had said. I come here with all my children for many years. I won't come back again.
