Fantastic customer service. Lien is very friendly and knowledgeable. While she prepared the color she got me a coffee. The music and atmosphere is really light and airy. Definitely a hidden gem. I'm awful at picking color. She did a fantastic job and in really pleased with how it turned out. Definitely will be going back.
This salon is full if crooks Lynn the owner is very rude and unprofessional. I was supposed to be the maid of honor in a wedding that was cancled due to the groom cheating this left the bride devistated, I called the salon and informed them of what happened (one week in advance) and was told someone would contact me later that day to discuss a refund (this didn't happen) i had to call again 2 days later. I finally got a hold of Martha she was nice at first i asked her for the money back told her what happened to the bride and she basically told me well that sucks we are keeping half ($374) i told her that is outragous I gave a weeks notice for a wednesday wedding which should give them plenty of time to rebook apointments and the fact that they didn't do anything for us at all i said $100 would be more reasonable she got very rude and said she would talk to the owner and would "see what she can work out because I've been doing weddings for 10+ years and I don't want to screw you guys out of all this money" she never called me back and my friend who reffered us was "friends" with lynn and she told her sorry but this is Martha's deal so whatever she says goes. She then talked to martha after calling while they ducked and dodged our calls for 4 days she then said she had a verbal contract with me to only give half became extremely rude and said its half or nothing. I called an hour later after breaking the news to all of the girls that they are robbing us of our money and asked them if i could come pick up the money she got very smart with me said no i don't have it and lynn didn't bring her check book you will have to come tomorrow and hung up on me. I called the next morning and spoke to Lynn i asked can I come pick up the money and with her attitude asked me when i said within the next couple hours she said no Martha will be here at 10 you can come then and hung up on me. I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WOULD HOPE MY REVIEW SAVES SOMEONE FROM THESE RUDE THIEFS.
I have been going to Lavish beauty Salon for the past 2 years. My first experience was awesome and so was my last. I would normally see Ashley and last time I saw Diane since she wasn't in and both of those ladies know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable. Not to mention the first time I came in I had jet black hair and they got it to a dirty blonde with little to no damage! I absolutely love this hair salon and will not go anywhere else.
I love coming here. I’ve been going here for years and every time I leave this place my hair look absolutely amazing. I get a lot of complement every time I get my hair done. I’m a very picky person, let alone I’m really specific when it comes to my hair. This salon is really beautiful, clean, and great atmosphere. That’s a plus. The staff here is very professional, great customer service, willing to work with you and help you get the look you wanted. They do an absolutely amazing job. That’s why this is the only place I would go to get my glamorous done.
I've been coming to Lavish Beauty Salon ever since I moved to Denver about 2 years ago. I found this place in search of a hair salon that carries Great Lengths Extensions - and haven't gone to another salon ever since. Not only does Lynn do a PHENOMENAL job with the extensions and my highlights, but her team- Danette, Stefany, and Martha (who have all done my highlights or eyebrows at some point) are amazing as well. The service is always on point, they're always able to make my visions become a reality, they have a GREAT line of beauty products in the store (everything from shampoos, blow dry spray, makeup, etc) and most importantly, they never fail to provide excellent service with a smile on their faces. Coming from NYC, I'm used to very high-end overpriced salons - and I am SO incredibly grateful to have found this little Lavish gem in lakewood, which far exceeds any place I've ever gone to. Thank you so much Lavish Ladies for always making me look stunning!!!
