Receptionist is extremely rude along with Margie very rude
I had a simple ticket to dispute. I followed instructions given to me over the phone. The receptionist who originally helped me acted put out when I had another question regarding the process.
Customer service is customer service, no matter who you're serving.
I realize you work with all walks of life, and all should be treated with decent respect and spoke to with tact. I'm incredibly disappointed with the city I pay taxes to if this is how they treat their citizens.

Your district attorney, Gus, was very unprofessional. From the moment he sat we sat down he said he didn't care about the case, he also stated that he can do this case while he was sleeping, he said either way I get pay. I told he didn't have to be so disrespectful. He treated me as if I was a criminal with no options, over a stop sign passing ticket, which I previously never have gotten and type of ticket. I pay taxes for this city and have been a person who service this community to get treated like this was uncalled for and not okay.
