Horrible place! Waste of time calling them because they will keep you waiting for more than an hour and still won't answer. So, either way you will have to drive to the office and wait again for more than an hour or two. Customer service is so horrible. It's sad!

I didn't come across any problems this morning. Our day went very smoothly. Security Guards are firm and A+ for their customer service. Quick process (aside from waiting) attentive and friendly! We filled the application for retirement in the backroom computer. Dave guide us through step by step on how to fill out a form for retirement and he checked on us every 10 mins to make sure we have everything we need. For being Filipino, with heavy accent he patiently listened to me and my mother (more on my mom) Overall, great, great staff! You won't get this same kind of treatment from DMV, LOL!

Each time I have visited or called this local office - two visits and three calls over the last two years - my inquiries were handled quickly, efficiently, accurately and courteously. The people here are very good at their jobs, seem to really understand policies and operations, and are thorough and responsive. (Frankly if you've ever visited this location at a busy time as I have, you might wonder how in the world they can muster just one more smile - particularly when you hear some of the attitudes they have to tolerate.) I failed to meet a requirement on behalf of my son and they were still nice about it. At the risk of sounding snarky, I keep thinking my cable company could learn a thing or two about customer service and efficient operations from SSA.
