This might be a good spot if you're camping with a large family or small children, but I brought a friend from out of town and was really disappointed. The highway and a Home Depot were in plain view from our campsite and the beach was super crowded. We ended up leaving and camping somewhere else.

Awesome park. Tons of activities from fishing to boating to swimmimg and even archery! Very happy every time I come here
We went to a show at Red Rocks and camped out here to save money on a hotel. It was a good experience! The campground is beautiful and clean. It looked like there's a lot of different activities to do as well for those who stay more than one night. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
Great trail system. Good place for dogs. Good fishing.
