I suggest going to Lakewood.
After this year it's bye bye Alameda bye.
They give you lunch detention for not being able to afford a lanyard. I'm just imagining all the hilarious consequences for something so little this school has. It's also a place that constantly complains about migration in the state, they seem to forget that other states have had these 'none' problems way before the legalization.
I've been a student here since last year in April and it's been horrible. The staff is carless and treats students like criminals , teachers don't follow student accommodations , the nurse isn't always in her office , you get yelled at for having your hands full to were they can't see your lanyard, the rules are completely stupid and are changed and confused constantly the lunch is disgusting the bathrooms aren't clean and some if not all the staff act as if they are controlling a prison or a daycare. The security that's supposed to keep us safe are rude and kick us out of the building even if we aren't being loud and are just waiting to be picked up, they treated my mother with disrespect and talked to her like she was a student , they tried to take my accommodations away even though I'm severally dyslexic.
FYI not my real name^^
This school hella gay like who tf even goes here
I went here in 1964, after graduating Creighton. I also attended Alameda jr, in 1962. My parents bought a home on Yarrow, after living in an apartment. We moved to Denver from Houston Tx. We had a wonderful time, there was a skate rink on Alameda, near Center st. Also a teen night club;"The Rugged Room", across street from skate rink. Denver was completely different from Houston! There are no winters in Houston. I loved the snow, & skiing. Green Mountain was being built. Dad bought me a motorcycle. I moved back to Houston in 1965. It took me until 1996 to return. I go back to Denver this Memorial Day, for a week. It has changed so much. I miss Denver,& the friends I made there.
