I was very pleased with the service, and the way they involved me in the process so I knew exactly was going on with my dog and was able to provide her they at home care she also needed. Don't be fooled by these reviews, I read some of the reviews and was not sure if it was the right place for my dog who had just been attacked by another dog but honestly I am so glad I went, i went in around 9pm and they were kind and got my dog into a room right away and started to examine her and then the doctor came in to see us so quickly there was hardly any wait, my dog is very nervous around strangers and the doctor right away sat down on the floor with her to comfort her and my dog was fine being touched by the doctors and further examined which was very shocking! And then when the doctor took her back to have her wounds cleaned he came out and asked us to come back and see what was going on he explained it to us and told us she would need surgery and told us a price and we couldn't afford it that night, I went back in the next day and they got me in right away and they stool to their price form the previous with only one extra charge to sedate her again. They honestly care about your pets and not just the money like some of these reviews it's an emergency hospital and of course they ask for the money upfront, but it's worth it because they do their job they take care of your pet.
DON'T BRING YOUR PETS HERE! This place is GREEDY, CALLOUS and LIES! We took our DYING dog here a couple days ago, THEY WOULDN'T LOOK AT HIM OR LET US GO BACK TO SEE HIM WITHOUT PAYING!!! So after we paid an $80.00 "exam fee" they let us go to an exam room, and NOT the one he was in! And when the "Dr" finally came to talk to us, he and his staff were callous and kept bringing up the bill at LEAST every 5 minutes!!! They also LIED to us, saying they had him on Oxygen and an IV when they didn't! I swear this place is only in business to make money and NOT help sick and injured animals!!! THEY WERE IN SUCH A RUSH TO PUT HIM DOWN, JUST SO WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM FOR IT, THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR OUR PERMISSION TO PUT HIM DOWN, THEY JUST DID IT! They charged us $140.00 for it, We couldn't afford it, so we asked them if we could pay in a week, and they said " we don't except payments, but you could DONATE it to us in your dog's name." I don't know the last time I was that insulted! Please, if you love your Animals, DON'T take them here!
I've delt with these people twice already and both times they were awesome. Seen my cat right away and took care of what he needs. Affordable price. The vet was so nice and sweet to my Angel. He really felt comfortable
I brought 4 baby kittens in when they were 5 weeks old because I found them under a she'd. I was worried on labor day because they hadn't pooped in the 3 days I had them. I brought them here and paid the full 400$ for an exam for each and she reembursed my money because they pooped in the office and other than them not pooping, they were healthy and happy. The vet was really good and told me she would rather me spend my money on shots for the kittens. I am so thankful to have found this place. The vet was extremely kind
Couldn't have had a better experience. I brought my dog in after she had bloody stool around 6 pm on a Monday night. We were seen immediately and impressed with how nice the facility was - my dog didn't even realize she was at a vet for a while! The vet tech and Dr. Yelton were so nice and good with my dog. They even sat down on the ground to pet her and do the exam instead of having her scared up on the table. They were very thorough in explaining pricing, test results and the at-home instructions.
