Because of them we are fine in the car department and have for 10+ years. They don't do commission and their selection is pretty decent if you are the market for a non specific car. Not sure of the experience if you went with a particular car in mind, but everyone treats you well. The only problem is their service department, who don't return calls, don't give timely estimates and and I would not trust .
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I emailed Pat Shane at Automotive Avenues because the car I was interested in had no photos. I emailed requesting more photos and asking why the vehicle had a duplicate title. Strangely I received an email from Mary Wright a short time later basically clueless of any further inquiry submitted. I initially emailed mid-morning on Saturday, 11/18/17. When I received no response whatsoever, I called Pat and spoke with her. Her attitude was that since the vehicle sold later in the afternoon that neither she nor Ms. Wright had any obligation to at least send me a courtesy email re status. She literally did not care when I questioned the customer service deficiency. She merely suggested I call and speak with a manager on Monday. I'm guessing I called after hours and she was in the middle of a cigarette break judging by her urgency to get off the phone and the gravelly tone of her voice. I will contact a manager and I suspect get no satisfaction. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHERE AND HOW YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS. The sales persons are indifferent at best and you can fill in the blank at worst.
We had such a great experience working with Jared at Automotive Avenue to buy our daughter's car. When I called Jared, first thing in the morning, about a car I had seen online he was quick to find the car and have it available for us to test drive, even though it had just been traded in. Because it was just traded in we had to wait for the car to be detailed and have a few minor repairs made. When we picked it up we were so impressed with the repairs made and the new tires they put on the car. We will definitely be buying our cars here in the future! Their customer service was amazing! Such friendly people, from the front desk to the financing!
I personally have not had a good experience with them after me and Jared spoke we knew that I wouldn't be able to get the car I wanted. The next day Tami asked me to go in because she would be able to help after running my credit I was told the same thing that Jared and I discussed there was no way for it to happen. There was no reason for her to have me go in. Also two years ago my nephew bought a car from them at the time they couldn't find the key fob told him when they did they would mail it to him needless to say he never received it when he contacted them about it he was told that he would have to pay for it
Automotive Avenues was amazing!!! They got me into an awesome 2012 Ford Escape, which I ended up totaling 4 days later when I hit an elk. I let them know what happened on Saturday and Scott Paige was on the job. I wrecked on a Friday and by Wednesday I was in another fantastic vehicle that I loved just as much! They got me in and done with the second vehicle very quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone!
