I love this place these guys really work hard to get you what you need and if something is wrong doing everything to fix it and are very fast at doing it. I had a car that broke down and they worked with me to get into a new car great place to come get a car, they work with everybody and are reasonable. Great Customer service makes you feel wanted not just sales.
I had a wonderful experience at Carhop. They made the purchasing process quick and painless and did their best to get me into the car I wanted....10/10 would carhop again....
I wish I could give them no stars. I know this is the location where you purchase a car however the customer service for the financing is AWFUL. I had to move apartments because I lived in an awful dangerous area with my two year old and moved to a safer area I called because ONE TIME I had to make a late payment I told them my situation and let them know that I had to move and my new apartment was an additional $500 a month (yes to live in a SAFE neighborhood with my TWO YEAR OLD CHILD I will gladly choose to pay that much more if it means I can sleep at night and not worry about someone breaking in to my apartment) all the rep had to say was “well did you HAVE to make the choice to move?” I literally could not believe what I heard it took so much to not say how I really felt at that point I asked to speak with a manager and at that point she asked the same personal questions about my living situation and pried at my personal life instead of giving me a solution. It’s one thing to just say no up front but it’s another to probe. I already have awful anxiety and it gets worse if I think I may have to call them for anything. If I could return the car with out it showing as a volunteered repossession on my credit I would. These people are crooks and take advantage of people who are in tough situations or in a bind for a car like I was. I pay all of my bills on time and try to do right and be upfront if I’m in a situation where I need some assistance and this company is not there to help. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The sharpest rides is one of the better places. My expierence here was crappy. They had only one salesman that treated you more like a piece of paper and if you were not accepted you are irrelevant. The shapest rides stayed with me till the end and made me know that I mattered. You guys really need to get it together.
This place blew me out of the water. They worked with me whenever I encountered a snag, their selection for me was certainly fair, and I’m driving the car I got from them right now and I love it. They help with any issues within the first 7 days and the warranty is good, too. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car!
