I called this morning with an emergency and they said they can see me in May. I said I have an infection, fever, chills, pain and the ladybon the phone stoic and cold dis not give a damn. I don't get how they can cal themselves caring when A new patient calls in to visit them, knowing the amount of money it's gonna cost me to heal. I was really looking forward to meeting this doctor but with a staff who did not even budge or make an effort to accomodate me, I don't think so. Know when ro break the rules lady!
Hey Isa. If have an emergency, go to the ER. If you have an urgent medical issue, try urgent care. Why should they cancel my appt for yours? They are probably booked up because they are good at what they do. You don't have to throw a tantrum and give one star because they didn't clear the schedule for you over the phone.
After many visits to many doctors I came to Dr Kreutzer for help with vertigo. Not only did he finally get to the bottom of my problem, he very kindly allowed me to make payments on a pretty sizeable bill without ever making me feel bad about it. Just a kind reminder every month. He is obviously a doctor he actually cares about his patients.
They rushed me an appointment which was great. When I got there, the lady at the front desk looked either very hung over or drugged out. I was then told because I qualified for Medicaid, it was illegal for them to take me as a patient. I have two other insurances before Medicaid (a private insurance and Medicare) I didn't even ask that they use my Medicaid. They treated me poorly, if someone had been nicer and had better patient care I wouldn't even be mad. I'm not only mad I'm disgusted and glad that I'll be in better care somewhere else.
