He takes the time to listen and explain. Doesn't rush the appointment like so my doctors I've been to.
Any physician that fails to inform a patient of a very limited number of treatment possibilities and then fires the patient does not a good physician make
Dr. Spencer has always been very thorough; he listens carefully, asking necessary, relevant questions, and articulating accurate diagnoses. He is caring, takes time with each of his patients, connects on a human level, communicates well, and has a witty sense of humor. This whole office is very professional, warm, and accepting. I give my doctor and his office an AAAA ++++.
Called to make an appointment and didnt get far. Was told I needed to call my insurance and check if this office was covered. This is literally the only time Ive ever been asked to do this. Usually the receptionist either knows what insurance their doctor accepts, ir does the checking for me. So I decided to check anyway and the customer service agent told me TO HAVE THE DOCTORS OFFICE CALL THEMSELVES. I cannot and will not give my buisness to a lazy doctors office.
