Worst customer service ever. I waited around for 10 minutes for someone to help me then I went to the desk and had them send someone to help me and waited another 15 minutes and nobody showed up so I just left and I will take my business elsewhere. Even one of the employees that was helping somebody on the same aisle as I was said that they're not hiring anybody and there's not enough employees to help the customers.
Nice people. Doesn't always have what you need but more times then not they do.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Quick turn around on other services. Location is convenient. Do wish prices were a bit cheaper...and that we could double up on coupons with sale items. All in all its a great place to shop.
I couldn't be happier I stopped in this morning. I was asked if I needed help right away and the gentleman I was assigned went above and behold to help solve a bolt sizing problem I've been having for too long. This was something he was very knowledgeable about but wasn't argent or demeaning to me for needing so much help, a problem I've had often at other chains. What a beautifully kept store where all or the staff was helpful and friendly. I will be coming back, I hope for a long time.
I'm a contractor and this is probably the best hardware store I've ever been to. Very helpful staff, immaculately well kept and feels like a small hometown store that's professionally operated. It's actually very pleasant to shop here.
