I am beyond pleased with my experience Home Depot. Purchased carpeting and blinds through Associate Erica V. She knows her product knowledge and provided me with solutions to a very old house. Every step of the way she and Hom Solutions (their contractor) did follow-up calls, called proactively and did excellent work. There were no surprises and no disappointments. Everything was done as promised. They are definitely affordable. My house looks beautiful and definitely would recommend Home Depot for home remodeling projects.
This is by FAR one of the worst home depots in the area.. Rude, slow staff that seems to have no knowledge of any products they sell. Today I waited for 15 minutes to return an item so the staff member could talk on the phone with who I can only assume was her boyfriend. When she finally found the time to help me, she asked for my id then walked away for another 10 minutes to help another customer! Then when my return was finally processed, she set the gift card on a box and I was expected to just know it was there, then I received a snotty comment when I asked where it was! I like the selection, but make sure you know what you are looking for, cause the staff is rude and completely useless. I remember when home depot used to hire professionals, please go back to this, not middle aged women who don't know what a hammer is!
This review is based on the horrible garden center at this location. The plants are always in such horrible shape here, not cared for whatsoever. The selection is extremely small compared to nearby locations and consists of almost all halfway dead plants. Please start caring for your plants, for their sake...extremely depressing.
This is the worst home Depot in the state. Contractors stay away!! I was put on hold for 45 minutes to talk to the pro desk to get a quote. Finally I gave up and drove down to the store to see what was going on to find that the pro desk closed 10 minutes before I got there. Do the math! The people at this store are dumbfounded when you have a question about were something is and are rude when you ask any questions about products. You will get better costumer service from front range lumber but pay a few dollars more for there knowledge and excellent customer service.
They need more help. I do want to say thank you to the nice lady that help load 10 sheets of plywood Bc they could find a dork lift driver. So thumbs up to her but to the others that could answer her call for. Not cool.
