Edit: Lowe's has yet to fail.
Why do you say on here that you're open until 9:00 on Sundays if you're really not? Just drive all the way up here to find out you actually close at 8:00 on Sundays. Does it really take that much effort to change your business hours so that people don't waste their time?
This is by far the worst run Lowes in the Metro Denver area. They are unable to meet delivery time frames, something which was expressed to me with dismay by their own customer service agents in store. I have attempted to purchase appliances from this location on more than one occasion and each time had to end up cancelling because they could not coordinate delivery times. How the heck do they get away with marketing "free next day shipping" when it is a bold faced lie??
Selection was good and the initial cashier was very sweet however as nice as when I was trying to be while explaining policy, the other guy that was standing over next to her at the customer service desk decided to get a very rude attitude with me. I had done nothing wrong and I was being a hundred percent honest and upfront about my situation, but this guy thought it was his job to just be a jerk to me. My rating would be one to two stars if not for the manager named Mark who was at least willing to hear my situation out before passing judgement.
Great Lowe's. Always fully stocked with great staff. I always go to Lowe's for specialty tools and big tool purchases.
I came here to Lowe's to get a away from harbor freight. Boy these guys have them beat by miles. Staff is close too one-hundred times nicer and more knowledgeable. Never need a time frame or appliance but I needed a work bench. I love the heck out of my workbench.
