Took 20 mins to get a burger and cheese curds.... numerous people after me got their food before me. Guy handling my food was not wearing gloves. Saw him grab my burger with his hands to put on the bun, no tongs. Everyone else was wearing gloves. This place used to have good service and quality. What gives!
The manager was the one who served me. While he was making my food. He didn't wear any gloves and was picking at his ears. I'm never going to come back here
It's NEVER fresh! I simply want a cheeseburger that fresh and not cold!!!
Waited in drive through 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us. Then another 10 minutes after they told us to park. For an order of 4 root bears and some corn dog nuggets.
Called the store and talked to Jared the manager, and asked why they are always cold burgers at this location, he said he can replace the burger which didn't answer my question. I love A&W and simply want to be able to order a cheeseburger and receive a freshly cooked cheeseburger, instead they serve cheeseburgers that are cold, also the fries are usually cold as well and the chicken is usually hot witch makes no sense except this location is being cheap by serving people stale food!
Food is good but cleanliness is very poor. Drive thru if you eat here
